Thy have fallen out of their boxes, the elastic has gone and sometimes the snakes or buckle fixings are tarnished. But there is 20 of them to play with..you can even wear them, as long as you don't expect them to hold your trousers up !
The snake buckles can be very effectively applied to new elastic resulting in  functioning snake belts.
